Studio Policies & Agreements

  1. Sessions and classes are generally 50-55 minutes. These may be online or in-person sessions.

  2. Power Package: a minimum of 4 individual sessions booked and paid for at the same time. This package does NOT include allowance for schedule changes. Congratulations! Picking a Power package means you are more likely to achieve your goals!

  3. Pliable Package: a minimum of 4 individual sessions includes a limited amount of schedule changes.*** In order to achieve one’s goals, consistency is of vital importance. It is highly recommended to reschedule sessions within the same week. Schedule changes*** in excess of these amounts will be forfeited.

  4. Payment and appointment reserve time slots on a first-come-first-served basis. Sessions are paid for at the time the appointments are booked. For current rates, please see the “RATES” tab in the header.

  5. Zoom Group Classes: Drop-in’s are available for experienced students. The instructor reserves the right to cancel any class that does not have the minimum of 6 participants. Zoom recordings are available for missed classes and will count off your class package.

  6. Communication between clients and their teachers are vital for safety and effectiveness. Therefore the client agrees to follow instructions of their teacher to the best of their ability and to keep the teacher informed of their physical status or of any difficulty executing instructions. Clients always have the right to refuse or stop any exercise for any reason.
